Out of the fantasy ones? Yes, Adventures of the Gummi Bears. On the surface it does look like a simple cartoon for kids, but the more they introduce their worldbuilding and lore, the deeper things get.

tV series: Farscape: well written does not take itself too seriously.

10th Kingdom: Goofy fun premise better than Once, upon a time ( abc) 10th stays goofy, unbelievable, fun

Merlin Goofy sorcery fun

I have moved back to these recently as well...

for similar reasons...

- not as dark, creepy or brooding..

Bright sets, whimsy
